These terms describe use of the Courio Carrier Corporation website, quote-request tools, customer portal and shipment-tracking features. A specific transportation service is subject to the written agreement and booking terms accepted for that shipment.

Quote requests and booking

Submitting a quote request does not reserve equipment, confirm a price or create a confirmed shipment booking. Courio reviews the information supplied, equipment suitability, route, availability and scheduling before confirming a move.

Provide accurate dimensions, weights, piece counts, handling requirements, access details and equipment trailer condition. Tell Courio about any change before pickup. Freight or conditions that differ from the request require further review.

Accounts and tracking access

Use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep account credentials and shipment-tracking codes confidential. You are responsible for sharing tracking access only with intended recipients. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records or bypass website security controls.

Photos and documents

Submit only files you have permission to provide for the freight inquiry or shipment. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, payment-card details, unrelated identity documents or another person’s confidential information without authority. Courio may use submitted shipment files to review the request, coordinate the move and maintain associated records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Status updates and estimates

Shipment tracking shows the latest recorded dispatch status. It is not a continuous GPS feed. An estimated arrival is an estimate and may change with road conditions, access, loading, scheduling or other operational factors. Contact Courio if an update requires clarification.

Appropriate website use

Do not misuse forms, send fraudulent requests, interfere with site operation, automate abusive access attempts or reproduce Courio branding in a way that suggests authorization or affiliation without permission.

Service agreements and availability

Website descriptions do not establish that a particular load, route or towing configuration is accepted. Rates, payment, cancellation, cargo responsibility, claims and other transportation conditions must be addressed in the applicable shipment agreement. These website terms do not set a cargo-liability limit or replace that agreement.

Online tools can experience interruptions or delayed updates. If a form or portal is unavailable, contact Courio by email. Do not rely on a website submission alone for urgent booking confirmation.

Privacy and changes

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Courio may update these website terms as features or practices change; the effective date identifies the version displayed here.
